Transformation consultancy Change Network and transformation development specialists Optima Digital Solutions have formed a strategic partnership that will drive acceleration for public sector clients using the Granicus platform.
As part of the agreement, Change Network will provide service design and management capabilities and Optima will provide blended development capability to support councils already using Granicus’ govService products to set up for success and to optimise their existing technology.
The unique partnership is designed to ensure councils have access to the skills that they need to deliver a high-quality customer experience that supports revenue savings, at an affordable price.
Change Network’s Kate Lindley said: “The partnership enables us to provide multi-disciplinary capabilities that can help councils to deliver value more quickly than would otherwise be the case – and at a price that they can afford. Our services are designed flexibly so we can work to deliver specific pieces of work or alongside existing in-house teams to support delivery and enable knowledge transfer.”
“The work we’re doing with Optima complements our wider low code CRM support service, with the aim of supporting councils to accelerate customer-centric transformation.”
Matt Franklin, Managing Director of Optima added: “Together Change Network and Optima bring the proven skills and experience needed to enable successful delivery. Every council we know is facing ongoing budget pressures and need to balance improving service delivery while continuing to save money. Working together enables us to bring the best of everyone’s skills and capabilities to help councils address those challenges.”
Optima Digital Solutions offers a range of services including e-forms development, solution architecture, upskilling & training and more to assist with low code platform implementation.
Optima Digital Solutions launched in October 2022 to provide councils with a high-quality and affordable team of development specialists to aid in their implementation of low code platforms and beyond.
